Ahhh… finally that time of year where drinking bottomless margaritas, eating copious amounts of burritos and speaking broken Spanglish is actually acceptable. Truly one of my favorite holidays, the fifth of May, is a day celebrated with boisterous reverence to all those South of the border. Not sure exactly what it is that we are celebrating but I do know that wearing green, red, and white and drinking all things Corona, Tecate, Patron, and Jose are on my to do list for today.
